Airbrushed Helmet Raffle – Official Rules
1. Eligibility
o Open to legal residents of North America aged 18 or older.
o Employees, sponsors, and immediate family members are not eligible to
win.
2. How to Enter
o Entry must be submitted by June 30 th 2025 the draw will be July 1 st 2025.
o Entries must be submitted via www.abrushofair.com
3. Prize Details
o One (1) custom airbrushed helmet will be awarded.
o Helmet will be provided by the winner and design may be selected or
customized by the winner.
o Approximate value: [$__1000__].
4. Winner Selection
o Winner will be chosen at random on July 1 st 2025
o Winner will be contacted via [email and phone] within 48 hours.
o If the winner does not respond within [72 hours], a new winner will be
selected.
5. Delivery or Pickup
o Delivery of helmet must be [arranged by July 15 th 2025, delivered by
September 30 th 2025 ].
o Shipping fees (if applicable) may be the responsibility of the winner.
6. Publicity
o By entering, participants agree to allow use of their name and likeness for
promotional purposes.
7. Custom Design Terms
o Design will be discussed with the artist after the win.
o Offensive, hateful, or trademarked designs may be refused.
o Completion time may vary due to artist availability.
8. Liability
o Organizer is not responsible for lost entries, delivery issues, or helmet use
after delivery.
9. Agreement to Rules
 Entry into the raffle constitutes full acceptance of these official rules.
